We employ key personnel whose vast experience ensures we are able to deliver reliable technical solutions in a timely and cost effective manner. Substantial investment has been made to maintain maximum control over the services we offer. For example we are not reliant on third parties to host our client’s websites. In April 2007 we purchased www.1uhosting.net which now hosts, under our ownership, in excess of 600 websites.

“In the current economic climate customers are looking to save money and we pride ourselves on identifying methods of doing this. Last year we introduced Pay as You Go IT support, with no monthly fees or contract period, and by utilising our remote technologies we are able to rectify most problems without having to visit our client’s premises.

“We have also introduced a cut price anti-virus solution. The home version, which retails at £26, gives protection for up to five computers including 12 months free updates and educational licenses are available from £1 per user per annum. This is a good quality, reliable product that runs seamlessly in the background, drawing very little from the computers operating memory, thereby having negligible impact on processor speed.

Rentals are a fraction of those for a standard landline, and telephone numbers are now offered with a choice of any UK area code.
