Stress Free support is aligned with PSHE curriculum requirements and encourages the development of skills across the curriculum for staff and students, through the relevance of our material to the real world challenges and opportuntities faced by individuals to meet the ECM objectives of "be safe", "be healthy", "enjoy & achieve", "make a positive contribution to society" and "achieve economic well-being".

Stress Free material has been developed to maximise the potential of the Life Coaching discipline in the school environment and has been successfully delivered as part of the curriculum in Primary (Yrs2 - 6), Secondary and Further Education (ages 14-25, and the UK's first Studio School pilot) in addition to Staff Inset Training.

Stress Free support can be provided in a number of ways, from weekly class support to larger events (for example, Assemblies or special days) Staff development for PSHE, Citizenship and SEAL delivery, and everything in between.  At Stress Free our focus is in ensuring schools and colleges meet their objectives of providing highly effective PSHE, Citizenship and SEAL development that truly nutures the potential of the individuals.
